A Python OWL Parser

A Python OWL parser has been developed due to the need to create a set of personalized structures without dependency of current OWL parsers, like Jena or based in the OWL API. The parser creates from the OWL file a set of structures for classes, properties, nominal and individuals, which will be stored in a graph-based database called G.
